We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. Experience with food service, POS systems, and hospitality standards is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting that emphasizes quality service and culinary excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with sanitation standards Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting guests Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols Skilled in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Previous host/hostess or food industry experience is a plus Knowledge of food preparation, culinary standards, and guest relations enhances service quality Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed Join our team to provide outstanding hospitality in a lively atmosphere where your skills can shine!
