Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and will thrive in a lively atmosphere such as a nightclub or restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals and beverages. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage guest checks responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment for guests. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy setting. Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
