Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage table turnover by bussing and resetting tables QUICKLY to maximize seating capacity Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Support kitchen staff when needed by bussing or assisting with food prep during busy periods Experience Proven ability in food service roles including serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve guest experiences
