Description Fine Dining Server - Luxury Resort Dining Deliver Elevated Service Across a Premier Resort Dining Collection Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Fine Dining Servers to join our luxury food & beverage team across a diverse portfolio of elevated dining experiences. Our outlets range from refined resort dining and lakefront venues to the exclusive, members-only Summit Rock Clubhouse, where guests enjoy sophisticated, multi-room dining overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Additional concepts include the upscale Yacht Club, featuring a curated wine program, high-end cuisine, and panoramic views of Lake LBJ. Cap Rock Cabana, located at the Apple Rock and Ram Rock courses, offers breakfast tacos, sandwiches, burgers, and drinks, all with scenic views of the golf course from its elevated promenade. This unique environment offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service across private club, luxury resort, and destination dining settings-providing a level of variety, skill development, and earning potential not typically found in a single concept. What You'll Do You will create exceptional, high-touch dining experiences through precision, product knowledge, and anticipatory service. Guest Experience & Service Excellence Deliver refined, personalized service tailored to both resort guests and private club members
Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, unobtrusive dining experience
Guide guests through menu selections, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings
Build strong relationships with repeat guests and members, recognizing preferences and enhancing loyalty
Maintain a polished, professional presence reflective of a luxury hospitality environment Wine & Beverage Expertise Present and confidently recommend selections from curated wine lists across multiple dining outlets
Provide thoughtful wine and beverage pairings that enhance the overall guest experience
Execute professional wine service, including bottle presentation, opening, and proper pouring techniques
Maintain working knowledge of varietals, regions, and tasting profiles
Leverage beverage expertise to elevate the dining experience and contribute to higher check averages Execution & Operational Precision Execute formal dining standards, including course pacing, table maintenance, and presentation
Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards before service
Accurately enter and manage orders using POS systems
Maintain clean, organized stations and complete side work Collaboration & Team Environment Partner with culinary and bar teams to ensure timing, accuracy, and consistency
Support team service through table maintenance and overall dining flow
Participate in pre-shift meetings, menu tastings, and ongoing training What You Bring Experience & Expertise 2+ years of experience in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, luxury resort, or private club environment preferred
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
Experience with formal or "white-glove" service standards is highly valued Skills & Attributes Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Professional presence with polished grooming and demeanor
Ability to anticipate needs and deliver service with confidence and discretion Technical Experience with POS systems

Requirements Must be 18+ years of age
TABC and Food Handler certifications required (ServSafe preferred)
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs

Deliver attentive service in a fast-paced upscale setting. Upsell food and beverage offerings, maintain clean and organized sections, and support team-based service flow. Resolve guest concerns professionally while developing strong knowledge of menu items, service standards, and hospitality best practices. (required)
Provide refined, white-glove service in a high-volume upscale environment. Present menus, explain ingredients and preparations, and recommend wine pairings. Manage multiple tables with precision, execute professional wine service, and ensure accuracy through POS systems while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. (required)
Deliver high-touch service in luxury resort and private club settings. Execute formal dining standards, including course pacing, wine service, and table maintenance. Guide guests through menus and pairings, build relationships with repeat clientele, and collaborate with culinary teams to ensure seamless, elevated dining experiences. (required)
