Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering procedures, ensuring accuracy in math and register operations Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine approach Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with guests of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions that demonstrate excellent guest relations skills Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and order accuracy Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers confidently Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lively environment.
