Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience required, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with Toast POS system Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume shifts Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality while developing your skills in a lively environment that values energetic team players committed to creating memorable dining experiences!
