Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to quality standards Assist with food presentation and serving in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, ensuring a sanitary environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely service during busy periods Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety standards Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus Background in hospitality or restaurant settings demonstrates adaptability and professionalism Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation enhances your versatility behind the bar Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Dietary aide or food industry experience is advantageous for understanding special requests or dietary restrictions Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
