Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using FrontEats System Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently followed Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas efficiently Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items naturally Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards required for food handling roles Experience in bussing, host/hostess duties, or guest services is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality environment Join us and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
