Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen activities Support cooking processes under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers, ensuring timely delivery of dishes Handle food handling duties with care, following proper hygiene protocols to ensure quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction Contribute to banquet setups and service, ensuring all event food needs are met with professionalism Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order management Previous banquet experience and ability to assist with large-scale events or catering services Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Background in hotel or culinary environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in guest services and hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for food service meets professional growth!
