In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, ensuring every visit is enjoyable, efficient, and exceeds expectations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and culinary excellence!
