The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a blend of sales ability, guest relations expertise, and basic math skills to effectively manage orders and payments. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences, showcasing menu items effectively to enhance sales. Process payments, handling cash and credit transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly after guests leave. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Uphold high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of guests as required. Preferred Qualifications 1 Year of previous experience in a server role within fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest relations skills, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness at all times. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
