Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings for fine dining experiences. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while working in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for food preparation and an understanding of the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
