Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your skills in food service, customer relations, and hospitality. Starting pay is $3.50, all tips are yours to keep, credit card tips are payed out end of day every day. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure a memorable experience Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, demonstrating teamwork in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving or host/hostess roles, is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting accurately Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks when necessary Join us if you're energetic, motivated, and eager to deliver exceptional hospitality!
