In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding food and beverage service, create welcoming atmospheres, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your energy, attentiveness, and culinary knowledge will help us foster memorable dining moments. Whether guiding guests through menus or managing multiple tables with finesse, you'll play a vital part in our vibrant hospitality environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise and passion for guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct service Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable reservations management or similar booking platforms is advantageous Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Background in serving or host/hostess roles demonstrates your ability to create welcoming guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment!
