Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely and correct delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the shift Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, addressing special requests or dietary needs with culinary knowledge and care Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a smooth operation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to proper math calculations Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
