Whether working in a bustling restaurant, a fine dining setting, or a vibrant nightclub environment, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout each shift Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a clean and organized environment Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple tables or sections Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar platforms is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential Prior host/hostess or serving experience will be considered an asset for this energetic role Join us to be part of an exciting team where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
