Waiter/Server

Job description Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests Handle cash and process payments using a POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
