Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Experience Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining high-quality service Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting accurately Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous for understanding food flow and timing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a lively setting!
