Experienced Servers and Bartenders Cibolo Creek Ranch Marfa, Texas Overview Cibolo Creek Ranch is a premier luxury ranch and hospitality destination in Far West Texas. We are seeking experienced servers and bartenders to join our front of house team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in hospitality, understand high level service standards, and want long term growth opportunities in a unique and respected operation. This is not a transient job. We are building a strong, reliable service team and promoting from within. What You Will Do Provide polished, attentive table service to resort guests and private event clients Execute beverage service including cocktails, wine, beer, and non alcoholic offerings Maintain deep knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service standards Anticipate guest needs and deliver warm, intuitive hospitality Work weddings, private events, and high volume service periods when scheduled Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Uphold brand standards that reflect a luxury ranch environment Who We Are Looking For Experienced servers and or bartenders only Strong understanding of full service dining and bar operations Calm, professional demeanor under pressure Team oriented mindset with attention to detail Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and accountable Willingness to grow into lead server, bartender, or supervisory roles Why This Role Is Different High quality guests and events A beautiful and unique work environment Leadership that values professionalism and performance Real advancement opportunities for top performers Stable operation with long term vision Schedule and Pay Part time and full time opportunities available Competitive hourly pay plus tips, based on experience Event based shifts included How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
