PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for set up, maintenance, cleanliness and breakdown of breakfast, dinner and bar services. Follow Marriott Brand Standards.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Server Job Description . Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences.

Bartender Job Description:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

Barista Job Description :

Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 30 lbs. With ease. Must be able to communicate effectively with fellow workers and hotel guests. Neat in appearance and courteous. Must be dependable and honest. Keep all necessary Food Permits and certifications up to date as per Marriott standards. Complete and attend all necessary online and classroom training.
