Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Server to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. If you have a passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations when needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
