Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Foster a positive, enjoyable guest experience through attentive service, addressing special requests or concerns promptly Take accurate food and beverage orders Keep clear communication with kitchen staff, management and bartenders Serve food and drinks efficiently with high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing personal recommendations and suggestive selling techniques Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transaction recording with POS systems Adhere to Food Safety guidelines by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Skills Experience in food service and restaurant environments Knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly, comforting, and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service standards Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance Join the Hop Tung team where you can sharpen your skills in sales and hospitality, while utilizing your empathy to make every guest feel special!
