Full Job Description SUMMARY:
To ensure quality guest service to all guests in the hotel restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to patrons. Performs tableside buffet food service as required. Maintains a clean and orderly workstation. Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during the scheduled shift. Completes all assigned side work throughout the scheduled shift. Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction. Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints. Assists restaurant associates when needed. Assists in the set-up and break-down of tables when business demands are high. Must wear the required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
