Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS or cashiering systems Ensure guest needs are met promptly, including refilling drinks, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with bussing tables as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Assist with guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any issues professionally Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required We value team players who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
