- Basic Closing Duties Individual must be educated and able to make
INTELLIGENT
decisions. Being able to handle constructive criticism is a must. Proper grammar must be spoken as to give the guest the best level of service possible. Extensive menu so person applying must be willing to learn with a good attitude. Studying is a must as there is a menu and drink test given. Persons who are not willing to give 100% need not apply. Person applying must be effective, efficient, and have speed to move to Server position. This position can be difficult, it is a matter of how much effort is put in. Work Hours are from 11:00- 4:30pm and 4:30pm
- Closing Mon-Sat (Flexible) Compensation is base USD.
