Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Requirements Proven experience as a Server in a food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation details Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
