Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Your culinary knowledge and ability to upsell will enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment that values hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommended dishes to maximize sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred but not required Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for hospitality shines!
