Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightclub setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering top-notch service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen sense of guest relations, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout shifts. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with patrons. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
