Duties Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems. Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests receive attentive service. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and food safety procedures. Assist with bar setup, restocking supplies, and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction in both casual and fine dining settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bar Server or in food service roles within restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and beverage service techniques. Experience working in hospitality settings that involve catering or retail math calculations is a plus. Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential.
