Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and beverages by highlighting popular or premium options to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the shift Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cash registers Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service environment is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety standards Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or server in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills and basic math aptitude Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus Previous experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance within the food industry Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
