Facilidad de comunicación y gusto por la atención al cliente. Puntualidad, responsabilidad y compromiso. Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y bajo presión. Contar con SSN o autorización permanente para trabajar en Estados Unidos . Edad mínima de 17 años . Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana. Inglés y español conversacional (preferido). Experiencia en servicio al cliente o restaurantes (preferida, pero no indispensable). La Estación Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Host / Hostess to be the first smile our guests see when they walk through our doors. Position Summary As a Host / Hostess, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest while helping maintain an organized and efficient dining room. Responsibilities Welcome and greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude. Manage the waitlist and coordinate table seating efficiently. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff. Help maintain a smooth flow throughout the restaurant. Answer guest questions and provide outstanding customer service. Keep the entrance and host stand clean, organized, and inviting. Support the team to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
