Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication between guests and kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Address guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, host station, and service stations throughout shifts Support guest relations by providing exceptional customer service, including handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and maintain guest relations Previous serving experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming atmospheres.
