AYCE service requires strong menu knowledge, efficiency, and genuine hospitality to help guests enjoy a fun, seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and explain AYCE menu options, ordering process, and house guidelines Take accurate orders and manage pacing of courses Monitor tables proactively and offer attentive, timely service Deliver food (and coordinate with robot delivery when applicable) Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section Answer menu questions and make recommendations Handle payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience Collaborate with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to keep service flowing Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting Dependable and team-oriented Previous restaurant experience preferred (AYCE experience a plus) Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain
