In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face that creates memorable moments, expertly handling Ice cream serving, cashiering, and customer interactions. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help deliver a fun, fast-paced experience that keeps guests coming back for more. Whether you're serving up scoops or managing transactions, your positive attitude will shine through every task. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream/Gelato / Milk shake/Juice and Snow Flakes Ice and toppings with precision and care, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Toast to process customer orders quickly and accurately. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, providing correct change and managing cash handling procedures confidently. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed. Assist with food preparation tasks in the café or quick service environment, supporting overall restaurant operations. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Experience Previous experience in Desert shop is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast enhances efficiency in processing transactions. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards is essential for maintaining a safe environment. Experience in cashiering, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service will help you excel in this role. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are necessary to ensure accurate transactions. Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, especially if you have worked in cafés or grocery stores with food prep responsibilities.
