Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier and become the heart of an energetic, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly service, efficient food handling, and accurate cash transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. Whether taking orders, serving food, or managing the register, your proactive approach will keep operations running smoothly and ensure every guest leaves happy. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and correctly Prepare simple food items or assist in food preparation to ensure timely service Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Upsell menu items or products to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, serving, and basic kitchen tasks to support overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service, or a fast-food restaurant is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners! Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
