As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or casual restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables during busy hours effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Proven ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through excellent customer service skills Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting are essential Join us as a Server and become an integral part of creating memorable moments for our guests!
