This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food service operations, and providing exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests' tables Support food preparation and plating as needed, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Handle bussing duties, including removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet or special event spaces as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent guest service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with bussing, serving, or food running roles is advantageous Prior banquet, kitchen, hotel, or culinary experience is beneficial but not required A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and flexibility in scheduling are essential Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through excellent service and support!
