As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and working collaboratively with the team. Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to tables. Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and make suggestions. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments and make correct change when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and resetting for the next guest. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate and timely. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Work as part of a team to create a positive dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a similar customer-facing role preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience. Must be detail-oriented and have a positive attitude. Ability to lift trays or small equipment and stand for long periods.
