Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Food Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from start to finish. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest relations Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking efficiently Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through sales techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for better understanding of food preparation and presentation Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, bussing, and guest services Join us if you're passionate about creating lively dining atmospheres where every guest leaves with a smile!
