Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, maintaining attention to detail. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering duties. Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all health regulations. Experience Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing. Experience in bussing or host/host roles can be beneficial.
