Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a spotless environment Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate check processing Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles will be advantageous Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
