Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a few dynamic and hard working servers and cashiers to work at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of providing good customer service.Duties:
- daily restaurant server / cashier operations ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent food and speedy service
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Be familiar with Menu Items and the POS system
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- restaurant server / cashier expertise
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience in food production and food handling
- Knowledge of kitchen food handling principles
- Familiarity with fine dining standards This position offers a competitive base plus tips commensurate with experience.
