Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and guest relations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments with cash handling expertise Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations; familiarity with cashiering is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
