When the window is full, you lead the charge to get the team to the finish line. The Role As the Food Runner/Expo, you manage the "Pass." You are responsible for the timing, accuracy, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
The Final Audit:
Inspect every plate for accuracy and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
The Delivery:
Run food to tables quickly and efficiently, using seat numbers to ensure "silent service" (no "who had the pancakes?").
The Communication Hub:
Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen and the service team, managing the flow of tickets to prevent bottlenecks.
Stage Support:
Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs, ensuring the "Team Sport" mentality is felt by every guest.
Qualifications Exceptional Focus:
The ability to spot a missing side of bacon in a sea of breakfast plates—you are driven by results.
Professional Poise:
You remain "On Stage" and composed even when the kitchen window is backed up and the dining room is full. The "Team Sport"
