Job Overview Seabreeze Fish Market is a family owned restaurant that provides the freshest fish in Dallas, Texas. We have been open for 19 years and continue to thrive. Health insurance and 401k is available as well. We are asking for potential applicants to be available to work full- time. That is 5-7 shifts a week. Good news is we are closed on Mondays and most holidays as well as Superbowl Sunday!

Must haves:

Sunday availability, Lunch and Dinner availability. We close at 9pm Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry and wine expertise and be part of a team that values energy, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and open/close procedures with precision Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like RESY to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or casual fine dining Familiarity with POS system TOAST Demonstrated ability in customer service, upselling, and guest relations is essential Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations required Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Background in hospitality or serving roles including host/hostess experience is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are necessary

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
