Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent customer service and guest relations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as SpotON , Shift4 Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and handling cash accurately Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Must be adaptable to various roles including serving, bussing tables, or assisting hosts/hostesses as needed Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in food service operations, and ready to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
