Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as

TOAST POS.

Serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards and sanitation protocols are maintained. Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation to ensure a safe environment.. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transactions. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals. Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally. Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly valued.
