Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, adhering to proper food service protocols. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, supporting culinary staff during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, along with an understanding of culinary practices. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary during service.
