Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and ensure timely delivery. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with accuracy and integrity. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items, enhancing guest satisfaction and increasing sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and food industry standards. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods. Ability to upsell menu items effectively through friendly engagement and product knowledge. Previous experience in restaurant service, cashiering, or host/hostess roles is preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus.
