Server Job Description Your Role:

As a server, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Engage them in conversations, actively listen to their needs, and ensure they have a memorable dining experience through our food and beverage program.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel like they're visiting your home.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand their visit and any special needs they may have, such as dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Pay attention to body language and nonverbal cues to anticipate their needs.
• Use the information gathered from conversations to enhance their experience and make it more personalized.
• Take notes on any relevant details about the guest to improve their future visits.
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus, providing options that cater to their dietary preferences.
• Accurately and promptly take and place orders, ensuring timely delivery of all courses.
• Continuously check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated on all menu items and changes to provide the best possible service.
• Deliver food and beverages to all areas of the restaurant, treating each guest as if they were your own.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete any assigned side duties before leaving work.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1.5 years of previous server experience is required.
• A Food Handler's license and TABC Certification are mandatory.
